STEP BY STEP HOW IT WORKS

Art Buffet is a revolving library of original contemporary artwork offering services to organizations and homes.

ORGANISATIONS

  • STEP 1 - Just register and tell us how many artworks your organisation wishes to have at a time.
  • STEP 2 - Art Buffet sends you a library card with login password.
  • STEP 3 - Your administrator logs in to browse the online catalogue.
  • STEP 4 -Your administrator adds art to your online shortlist to compare and order by preference.
We encourage you to experiment with what you like but also what you’re unsure about but might like. And we measure what is most popular to determine the purchase price of each artwork.
  • STEP 5 - Your administrator clicks the SWITCH button and books time to have artwork delivered.
  • STEP 6 - We deliver your preferred artworks and install. (We remove art previously borrowed.)
  • STEP 7 - Your administrator signs for receipt of the artwork. We sign for art being removed.
  • STEP 8 - Your organisation keeps the artwork for up to 90 days.
  • Keep repeating STEPS 3 to 8 and enjoy the feast of art with Art Buffet
  • Optional - We install hanging system at your premises
  • Optional - You can invite any interested staff to shortlist art and vote on the shortlisted artwork
  • Optional - Your organization can submit art which you own into Art Buffet to earn earn £1/day from other members who borrow your art.
  • Optional - Your organization can purchase waiver from liability for artwork.

AT HOMES
