ARTIST INFORMATION

Josiah Akushie

I graduated from University with a BSc in Experimental Psychology – the laboratory study of mind and behaviour. A degree which raised more questions than it answered. Indeed I found that certainty was simply an illusion.

Using Art as a vehicle, I study the more subtle and instinctive aspects of my experiences and have found a more personal means of communication. As well as an almost dream like reality.

The works presented today are just some of my various musings, ideas and dream images.
