Small chapels like this are typical of this mountain area of Southern Spain. The landscape around almost encompasses the white building and I wanted to make the most of the curve of the pathway leading to the church door. I made several sketchbook drawings of this chapel from different vantage points, which I later worked from, and this is one that I particularly fond of.
