The Earth Moves is a collage made of the map of the world. Continuously confused by human tribalism in modern times, when it is clear that there is enough in our world for all to live well, and distance and time have been overcome by modern means of transportation and communication, borders and nations seem irrelevant to me. Therefore as a way of meditating on this I cut up the map so that all borders were destroyed and every place was placed next to somewhere that would normally be considered distant. Only one nation did I mistakenly leave intact, can you find it?
