The Voice of Orpheus is inspired in the stories of the magic of the music created by the character Orpheus from Greek Mythology and how these stories have been carried down through the ages into modern times. Fundamentally the orphic belief that it represents is that all the universe came about as the result of a musical note whose vibrations created matter which in return vibrated creating further music notes and hence music resulting in the universe itself. The voice of Orpheus is the primordial musical vibration from which all things come.
